Friends, weapons and permits

The age old story, you have friends, you have weapons and then you need a permit. So this time it starts with friends, my friend Annet payed me a visit. And a very long and touristic long walk further, including the fair share of biologist indulgence, we had a great talk and one of my better photo ops:

Also, as the photo's are a little older. I have noticed I am considerably losing weight here. Or at least circumference, as I don't own a scale. So what do you guys think? Should I do the extra work to lose the gut. It is the last remnant I have of the time I was really fat. I'm not sure yet. Anyways, here are some other pictures, made by Annet mostly.

The lion, made and cast from bronze, has a tongue that can actually move! Astonishing attention to detail. Also a great place to exchange encrypted SD-cards...

On another note I finally got my CPR number! (which I am not telling you) Which is somewhat Ironic as I am supposed to stay insured, but the state doesn't actually do anything with that. The system in Denmark is very different from the rest of Europe. And very closed from what I get the impression. They could safe up a lot of money. But I figure that they then have to agree upon certain EU treaties which they opted out of :S

As I already have a health insurance card for all countries :P

Last but not least I finally joined a medieval fencing club. And I encountered the first rules. I need to have a permit to own and carry my swords. Which is in process right now. But the thing is, once I have it, I can also carry it. And not just transport it... Gotta love the Danish

Laws.
