  Real men are strong, they makes decisions and lives with the consequences. If life is a bitch, real man will slap it and move on. 

  Real men are focused, they know the difference between what's important and what isn't.

  Real men don't gossip, they do  not reveal more than they have to and don't engage in girlie talk about others, it is a burden to their character if they must.

  Real men don't look like women, they don't shave their chest and if they don't know how to tie a tie with their suit, they should hand in their testicles immediately.

  Real men can defend themselves, they get up again and again when they are knocked down, they stand their ground and fight for what they believe.

  Real men strive to be role models, they show the world, their children and the people around them what it is like to be true and strong, they make their weaknesses into their strengths.

  Real men know their promise is their bond, if they promise they do it, there is nothing more shameful then not living up to their promise.

  Real men keep their house and their keep in order, they rule by nature and are thus master of their own house not a bottom feeder. 

  Real men know the importance of friends, they are loyal to those they hold   dear.

  Real men are smart and realistic, they don't hide behind beliefs, maybes and vague references. They see through lies and face the music when they know it is the only way.

In other words, men are teddy-bears who chose to be the strong but fair factor in their environments. They can love and hold their children and women, but won't keep them dry from themselves and is open about what he is. He shows his weaknesses and makes it openly his strength. Real men are awesome.
